Smoothie Solutions requires an experienced and friendly, results-driven Sales Director to actively seek out and engage new customers in the Canary Islands, Spain and Internationally. You will manage our sales team and our clients whilst driving forward company growth.


We are the market leader in the manufacture and distribution of Smoothie products to food and drink retailers and we are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to permanently join our team.


You should have several years proven experience as a senior Sales Executive or Sales Director. Knowledge of the food and beverage distribution sector would be a distinct advantage.

The position is full time and based in our pleasant, air conditioned HQ in Aguimes, Gran Canaria.


About

We supply our products to catering professionals in 12 countries and three continents - and counting.


Our customer profiles include single cafes and hotels though to multi point of sale clients as well as national and multi-national cafeteria chains. We additionally supply food service distributors in multiple countries. We expect to increase sales revenues and product reach in the next 12 months by 100 %.


We are a team of 11 people and the common languages spoken are Spanish and English. It is therefore essential for you to be able to communicate in Spanish and English.


We are looking for someone with an interest in healthy living and preferably someone who likes smoothies! Initiative, flexibility, open-mindedness and the ability to find solutions are all requirements for this position.


If you have a sense of humour, passion and enthusiasm - plus the ability to meet sales targets you could be just the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities


You will work closely with our CEO in defining company objectives and implementing strategies and action plans.

The goal is that you will manage the national and international sales development within a few months.

We provide a starting yearly salary of 24.000 + euros, plus benefits, increasing if performance targets are met. Our starting salary is determined according to your abilities and experience. We invite you to show us how good you are.


This is not a job position that we wish to fill for 3 or 4 months. We are looking for someone to become a long term member of the Smoothie Solutions Team - doing the best and most creative work of their career.
